We invite any and all who would like to join us.

We know what it is like to be lost in this world, and we are finding out what it means to be found.

Give us an opportunity to extend that same grace to you as God has shown to us.

Meeting starts at 3PM on Sunday

The Bible is our pattern for Sunday Worship:

“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers (Acts 2:42).”

That is what we do when we gather. It is that simple…and profound.

We continue steadfastly in the apostles’ doctrine

The Word of God is preached

“Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching (2 Timothy 4:2).”

The Word of God is discussed

“How is it then, brethren? Whenever you come together, each of you has a psalm, has a teaching, has a tongue, has a revelation, has an interpretation.  Let all things be done for edification (1 Corinthians 14:26).”

We continue steadfastly in prayers

Congregational prayers are freely offered to God

“Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17).”

We continue steadfastly in the breaking of bread and fellowship

Weekly communion is the culmination of our worship to God.

“Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread…”  (Acts 20:7)

Fellowship is the expression of Christ with His saints

The expression of communion is a love feast of both spiritual and physical food (1 Corinthians 11:20).  Thus, we follow our remembrance of the

Lord with a fellowship meal.  This provides many deeply treasured opportunities to fellowship one with another.

We do this together

Acts 20:8 states they did all this in one ‘upper room’. They did not break up and divide, they all stayed together. So do we.

Community life

House to house was always a part of church life (Acts 2:46). Our week is full of house to house meetings, some are planned but most are informal.

Think outside the box – by getting into the Book.

For those who have been raised in the traditional Christianity of the past 75 years you will immediately see that we are not following many of those traditions. The reason we do not follow them is because they are not found in the Scriptures. Think about it, separating the church by age for instruction, youth ministry, woman pastors, and a carnival like outreach service are no where found in the Scripture. That is why we do not do them. On the other hand, the Bible does present a rich depth of worshipful experiences that are to take place. This is what we seek to do. If you are coming from the contemporary traditional church this may be a paradigm shift.

Don’t be afraid to get out of the box!
